Chaperone

You may request a chaperone to accompany you during an intimate examination.

Payment and insurance

Charges for treatment and forms of payment vary. When you make a booking please confirm the price and payment details.

We request payment on the day of your appointment with our complementary practitioners.

Please check whether your medical insurance covers your treatment. In order to claim you may need to be referred by your GP or another doctor. You may need to call your insurance company before your appointment to obtain authorisation. Please be aware that you are responsible for payment and for reclaiming the amount from your insurance company. We are here to help you expedite the claim so please don’t hesitate to speak to one of our guides.
