Carole Murray
Carole Murray has evolved a unique therapeutic style from a blend of hypnotherapy, self-hypnosis, healing and psychotherapy. She draws on these to help people discover and utilise their own inner resources to create beneficial changes.
She works successfully with men and women at many stages of life, often using hypnotherapy and dream analysis as a tool for self-development. Carole also has an excellent track record with altering deep-rooted patterns and helping anxiety, panic attacks and post traumatic stress. She treats addiction including smoking and weight issues, often with success after just one session. One of Carole's other areas of interest is supporting women in pregnancy and she is involved with self-hypnosis in the Gentle Birth programme at Viveka.
