Natalie Dee

Natalie Dee works on many levels to achieve one principal goal - helping people achieve what they want to achieve. Natalie's life coaching brings together strands from many disciplines to deliver a simple, encouraging and fun programme tailored to each individual. She has a background in social sciences with a Degree in Social Work, a Diploma in Bodymind Therapy and a Diploma in Hypnotherapy.

Certified as a High Performance Coach, Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Ericksonian Hypnotherapy & Sequential Mind Technology, and an Advanced Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Practitioner.

Natalie is a member of the Assocation for Coaching, the GHR (General Hypnotherapy Register) and the AAMET (Association for Advancement of Meridian Energy Techniques).

Core belief/passion:

Small shifts in perception can bring positive outcomes in our lives. I love seeing clients get the change they desire and knowing that they have been completely in charge of improving the quality of their own lives and those around them. The greatest joy of all is seeing how simple this is for anyone who makes the decision to commit to the coaching process.

I like:

Guiding and facilitating others so they help themselves achieve whatever it is they want to achieve. I like seeing my clients leave each session smiling and relaxed, feeling more confident and in control of their decisions, their goals and their lives; this is the most important part of my work. Often the positive effect comes about within as few as 6 sessions, over a period of 3 months.

I don't like:

The concept of "can't do", limiting beliefs and patterns from the past that run our lives and our thinking today.
