Babiesknow, The Foundation Weekend
Two life-changing days on a Babiesknow Foundation Weekend will transform your relationships with yourself and with your family. This parenting course is unlike any other. You will be introduced to the true nature of babies - and yourself - and you will learn from the experts how to balance intuition, scientific information and ancient wisdom, helping you parent with confidence and joy.
Babiesknow is run by Dr Yehudi Gordon and Kitty Hagenbach, with support from Helen Biscoe-Taylor, Harriet Sharkey and Charisse Basquin.
During the weekend presentations from the Babiesknow team will help you explore the first 1000 days of life, and discover more about the emotional and physical sensitivity of babies and the impact of early life experience on your life today. You'll leave understanding more about yourself, your partner and your children (old, young, in utero or yet to be conceived).
The weekend is ideal for parents and for expectant parents; it's a perfect course to do while you're pregnant. For parents with older children, including grandparents, it helps to improve relationships and gives you the tools to move forward in life with deeper bonds, more confidence and greater enjoyment.

Cost: £340 for couples; £195 for individuals. Some bursaries available on request.
