Weekly Self- hypnosis for Gentle Birth
The art of self hypnosis is incredibly powerful - helping you relax and move towards your goals. Self-hypnosis for gentle birth is a great skill to develop and these weekly groups will help you build it into your daily life in preparation for birth, and beyond. The results are tremendous: mothers experience shorter, more comfortable labours and confident births.
Led by Gowri Motha, group sessions in self-hypnosis (or hypnobirthing) are usually attended by couples, so that during birth 'dad' can guide 'mum' as she enters her sacred birthing space, using visualisations as well as breath and movement during a gentle and powerful birth. You can also use self-hypnosis as a way of contacting your baby during pregnancy, and working with your baby during labour towards an enjoyable and stress-free birth.
This is an on-going programme throughout pregnancy and at each class confidence building and visualisation techniques are introduced to pregnant mothers and fathers. Our relentless positive approach is most beneficial!

Hypnobirthing groups
Every Monday, at 6pm For maximum benefit, enrol from early on in pregnancy and attend right through until birth.
Come along for a trial session at a cost of only £30 (payable in advance).
Fees per person: £240 for the whole pregnancy (we recommend you attend a minimum of four classes).
