Family Constellations
Family Constellation workshops are designed to heal the impact of the past on the present, freeing you to live the life you want to live, and engage fully in loving relationships.
Led by Nicola Dunn, UKCP Psychotherapist, these powerful workshops transform lives. In a one-day or a weekend workshop, you have an opportunity to see the hidden trans-generational forces that influence your life, underlying your fears, your relationships; affecting the way you deal with challenges; and playing a role in your health and workplace issues.
People use constellation work for a variety of reasons. For instance, when setting out on a new partnership (personal or business); if you are moving on after loss of any kind or after separation; if you or your child/ren are affected by health concerns (such as allergies); or if you simiply wish to enjoy more power and fulfilment in your life.
In the workshop Nicola will carefully consider your issue in the light of what you know about your family’s past (no matter how little that is). She will then set up a 'living map' of the issue in the context of your family history, using others in the group to represent your personal family constellation. Nicola will then work with the representatives of your family members; as if going back in time she works to heal the influences of trans-generational events on you and/or your children’s lives. You sit and watch as the constellation starts to reveal the dynamics that have been influencing you.
Many people say the experience of a workshop is like having the lights turned on - a lot of things become clear, and positive possibliities begin to open up.

£130 if you would like to focus on your own issue; £65 if you would like to play a supportive role (as a 'representative') in another person's issue.
