Practiced for thousands of years, meditation is a tool for rediscovering the body’s own inner intelligence. Primordial Sound Meditation was developed by Deepak Chopra M.D. and David Simon M.D., Co-founders of The Chopra Center for Well Being. It helps us disconnect from the demands of busy stressful lives and reconnect with the calm hidden inside all of us.

Free introduction 

Michelle offers a free introductory talk where you can learn the basic principles of Primordial Sound Meditation, the use of mantras, and how and why it improves productivity and performance in your daily life. This introduction is 'session 1' leading to the full course, if you wish to continue.

The full course

The full course runs over two additional sessions, giving you everything you need to meditate happily for life:

Session 2  
In this session you will receive your personal mantra one-to-one and will be instructed on how to use it.  After instruction you will practice meditation for 30 minutes using your personal mantra for the first time.  

Session 3+4
This final morning is split into two parts:

Session 3 'Perfecting the Practice': during which you will learn the practical aspects of meditation, share experiences, ask questions and meditate with the group.

Session 4 'Higher States of Consciousness'. This includes a specially prepared DVD recording by Dr Deepak Chopra in which he discusses the seven different levels of consciousness and how we experience these through regular practice of Primordial Sound Meditation.
