- Body Fitness - Fitness Coach Melinda Nicci will impart secrets of a toned and healthy body (with special tips for mums and mums-to-be)
- Positive Living - Hypnotherapist Carole Murray will show you just how simple it can be to bring positivity, creativity and abundance into your life
Each specialist will talk for 5-10 minutes. Then there'll be lots of time for personal chats: so you can explore your questions and gather the gems you need for your health and wellbeing.
