A transformational course to deepen intimacy in all your relationships. Designed for all who yearn for a deeper connection with others.
During the creative and experiential weekend workshop, you'll explore what hinders intimacy, and how common it is to sabotage one's potential to see and be truly seen by others. You'll discover how to overcome blocks, and experience what it feels like to be truly open and connected to another person.
The group is small and relaxed, allowing you to look into - and transform - your experience of intimacy and your relationships with others.

The weekend is led by psychotherapist Jac Palmer (UKCP, MBACP). Jac works as a psychotherapist in Maida Vale and Hampstead. She also has a background in film making, photography and writing, all of which inspire her to explore relationships, the nature of intimacy and how we 'see' one another.
