Thea Schlotterbeck
Thea offers expert physiotherapy for babies, children and young adults. She has been working for over 30 years, addressing many different needs, including working with premature infants to support neuro-development; with children with neuro-muscular disease; and infants and children for rehabilitiation and treatment where there are orthopaedic or respiratory problems or neurological or developmental delay. Thea also specialises in treating children with dyspraxia.
Thea is also trained in Integrative Child Psychotherapy and Art Psychotherapy, and works in this capacity in a primary school in Islington. Her private physiotherapy practice is centred around home visits and she will be available to come to Viveka on an ‘ad-hoc’ basis.

Diploma of Physiotherapy from the University Hospital in Zurich.
Bobath Training at the Bobath Centre, London.
HPC registered and member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists, UK.
Post Graduate Diploma in Art Psychotherapy from Goldsmith College, London University.
HPC registered Diploma in Integrative Child Psychotherapy from the Institute of Arts in Therapy and Education, working towards UKCP registration.
Core Belief:
I believe in being positive in the therapeutic approach, to accept the parents and the child fully with their problems and worries and then to work together in a hopeful but realistic way to provide an optimal outcome.

Travelling to different continents to experience the richness of diversity of cultures, i.e. Africa, Peru, Tibet, Ladakh etc.
