Postnatal Pilates
Jodie's regular postnatal Pilates class will help you tone up and work on your core strength - improving you energy and posture with far reaching results. The class sizes are kept small to allow for individualised expertise and attention.
The class can also provide a chance for you to meet other mums, and your babies can play together whilst you stay in shape!
Wednesdays 10.30-11.30am.
£50 for 4 weeks.
