My pelvic pain cleared up

"I have two children aged four and two and a half years old. After a long labor and an assisted birth with my first I was unable to walk, run and even sit without being in extreme pain. I couldn’t lift anything and even getting in and out of bed was a problem. I suffered for the last three years with chronic pelvic girdle pain, then I finally decided to go back and see the Osteopath who had treated me during my second pregnancy.
"My first visit to see Barbara left me feeling very achy for the rest of the day and also rather uncoordinated. The following day, however, I didn't hurt and I was able to do all of the Pilates exercises with complete control and no pain, something that I had not been able to do for the last six months. The pain does come back if I lift heavy things but I feel I am becoming stronger and much better after each session and I am writing this after only three sessions. I was even able to run around the park the other day with my children without hurting for days after. I would recommend this to anyone who has pubis symphysis dysfunction and chronic girdle pain.
