Helen Biscoe-Taylor
Helen is a member of the Babiesknow team, facilitating and developing workshops with Kitty, Yehudi and Harriet. She is trained as a psychotherapist and pregnancy yoga teacher and is particularly interested in supporting families through conception, pregnancy, birth and the early years with hands-on and very loving, practical advice. She has developed the Babiesgrow Modules with Kitty Hagenbach.

Qualifications:
MA in Family, Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy; Certificate in Psychotherapy; a pending qualification and accreditation by the UKCP as an Integrated Child Psychotherapist. I am a Reflexologist, Pregnancy and Post-Natal Yoga Teacher, Active Birth Teacher, Breastfeeding Counsellor and Baby Massage Teacher. I am qualified as a Spiritual Healer through the Sufi tradition.

I love Viveka because:
I was supported as a new Mother to become empowered and having integrated that experience into my life I continue to be supported by Viveka in my professional life, enabling me to support others within an experienced holistic team.
I also work at:
Beauchamp Lodge in Little Venice, Innergy, Special Yoga Centre and at home in North Kensington. I support participants of the Babiesknow weekends psychotherapeutically if they wish to explore areas of their life following the weekend.
