Payment
Charges for treatment and payment options vary from practitioner to practitioner. Each will be able to provide you with a current tariff. Please confirm the price and method of payment when you make a booking.
We request payment on the day of your appointment with our complementary practitioners.
Insurance
Please check whether your medical insurance covers your treatment. In order to claim you may need to be referred by your GP or another doctor. Please be aware that you are responsible for payment and for reclaiming the amount from your insurance company.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel we ask for 48 hours notice. Cancellation after this period will incur a fee. If we cancel an appointment we will give you as much notice as possible.
