Counselling and psychotherapy provide an opportunity for you to explore emotional and practical difficulties in your life. We use both at Viveka as we work with you to balance mind, body and spirit.

Viveka’s therapists help you focus on building your self-esteem and confidence; and improving your relationships.
Counselling often entails practical lifestyle advice and may be a valued support during illness or medical treatment. We have a long tradition of counselling and supporting new parents and this is often integrated with our specialist medical care.
Psychotherapy tends to focus on deepening personal awareness and development, with meetings over a longer period of time. Shifting emotional energy may reduce your physical symptoms and is an exciting catalyst for personal growth.
