Homeopathy is based on the principle of ‘like cures like’ and uses minute, heavily diluted doses of natural substances, such as herbs and minerals, to stimulate your body’s own healing forces. Homeopathy often gets to the very core of problems to restore balance and health. It is effective at all stages of life and is particularly useful for babies and children. We use it , for example, to treat a wide range of childhood conditions, such as skin problems, infections and glue ear, or allergies, food and chemical intolerances and digestive problems in adults, as well as for treating depression or easing menopausal symptoms.

You may take a remedy as a ‘one-off’ – in an acute situation – or as a ‘constitutional’ – on an ongoing basis. The remedies have no side effects.
