Nutritional therapy

“Jack, three, was eating badly. Every meal was a struggle.” Denise, 35

“I went to see a nutritionist an we made a diary of what Jack ate. She talked directly to him, explained a lot and got him excited about eating for energy and brain power. One of the things she explained was that it was good to eat a portion of protein the size of the palm of his hand at each meal. That really stuck with him. “When we came home Jack wanted to make a food poster. We refer to it a lot, and talk about the ‘food doctor’ and her tips for making him more like Spiderman. He now tries everything and if he doesn’t like it, that’s ok. The advice has changed my attitude to eating and I feel more informed and confident. It has changed our lives.”
